Join a record-breaking 4,200 pre-registered participants at connAction – Radiology Connecting Disciplines

The ESR has received a total of 4,200 pre-registrations for its brand-new multidisciplinary event, connAction. This represents a record-breaking number of registrations for an ESR online event outside of ECR. The online series of sessions, taking place next week on June 1-2, will see a range of medical experts from both inside and outside radiology taking steps to build bridges and define new approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of different diseases. Registration is still open for this event, which is accredited with 15 CME’s.

Through 15 live and fully streamed sessions, radiologists will sit down with representatives from allied sciences to critically analyse our current approach to different diseases and provide recommendations for future diagnosis and treatment. Invited experts will include surgeons, oncologists, urologists, hepatologists, physicists, cardiologists, and neurologists.

“This event has been designed to provide you with real examples of what can be achieved when radiologists work in synergy with their partners physicians,” said Prof. Regina Beets-Tan, Chair of the ESR Board of Directors. “Together, we will find medical solutions that may not have been visible before. You will come away from connAction with clear recommendations for clinical practice and directions for the future.”

connAction will take place in parallel to the ESR Annual Leadership Meeting (ALM) – the annual get-together of ESR leaders and representatives from radiology subspecialty societies and allied sciences. The ALM will take place in Vienna, with a state-of-the-art pop-up studio onsite to host the connAction series.
